Terms of Use

Plain terms for using this site and for engaging Armstrong Steel on reinforcing-steel work.

These terms cover this website and any reinforcing-steel or rebar work you engage us for. Last updated: October 20, 2026.

01

Using this site

This site describes our reinforcing-steel and rebar installation services and lets you send us project information and plan documents. It is general information only: nothing on it is an offer to perform work, and no contract exists between us until you and Armstrong Steel sign a written agreement.

02

Estimates are not quotations

Any number we give you before a signed agreement, whether by phone, email, or from a published range, is an estimate based on the information available at that time. It is not a firm price. The price that binds us is the one in the written proposal you sign.

An estimate can change if the plans, scope, quantities, site access, or steel market pricing change before we mobilize.

03

Plans and documents you send us

When you send drawings, specifications, or photos, you confirm you are allowed to share them with us. We use them to prepare your estimate and to build the work, and we treat them as confidential customer data. We do not publish, resell, or circulate them.

04

Who designs the steel

We install reinforcing steel to the plans and details prepared by the project's design professional of record. We do not provide engineering, stamp drawings, or make structural design decisions.

If a detail is missing, conflicting, or unclear, we raise it as a question and hold that portion of the work until it is resolved in writing.

05

Site conditions and access

Our pricing and schedule assume the access, excavation, sequencing, and site conditions you described to us. If the site differs — access, soil, water, other trades, timing — the price or schedule may be adjusted by written change order before we proceed with the affected work.

06

Scheduling

Dates we quote are good-faith targets. Weather, inspections, material availability, and the readiness of other trades can move them. We will tell you as soon as we know something has changed.

07

Payment

Deposits, progress billing, and payment terms are set out in the proposal you sign. We do not collect payment through this website.

08

Workmanship and warranty

We install to the approved plans and to the reinforcing-steel standards those plans name. If our installation does not match the approved drawings, we correct it at our cost. Any warranty term specific to your project is stated in the signed agreement.

09

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid to us for the portion of the work giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for work performed by others. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10

Our content

The text, photography, mark, and layout on this site belong to Armstrong Steel. The jobsite photographs are our own work — no stock images and no renderings presented as built work. You may not reuse our content commercially without written permission; linking to the site is always fine.

11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
